The list starts with a must-try in Vietnam, street-food, literally food that you can get outside, on sidewalks and along the street. It’s very typical of the country. During your trip to Vietnam, you ought to give it a go! How so? First, because it is freshly prepped in front of you. Second, it is genuine: most Vietnamese eat outside for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Third reason: it tastes real good! Street-food is savory and offers an extraordinary wide range of dishes. Finally, it is also the cheapest option if you are hungry. Most vendors charge from 20K to 40K VND for one dish (1-2$) which is very fair. Of course food comes alongside Vietnamese coffee, also listed in the Huffington Post article. Coffee may be drunk all day long in Vietnam. In the south, people like it with ice and sweet condensed milk (ca phe sua da) whereas the Northerners enjoy it black and hot (ca phe den).
