Construit en 1932, il appartient \u00e0 une famille fran\u00e7aise jusqu&rsquo;en 1975, moment du changement de r\u00e9gime. \u00c0 regret, celle-ci rentre en France en abandonnant derri\u00e8re elle son h\u00f4tel, qui devient propri\u00e9t\u00e9 du gouvernement. Des ann\u00e9es plus tard, la famille revient au Laos en voyage, et retrouve l&rsquo;h\u00f4tel d\u00e9labr\u00e9. D\u00e9sesp\u00e9r\u00e9, le fils d\u00e9cide de revenir d\u00e9finitivement en 1994 et de se lancer dans la r\u00e9novation de l&rsquo;\u00e9tablissement. Le Settha Palace Hotel rouvre finalement ses portes en 1999. Il a depuis retrouv\u00e9 sa gloire d&rsquo;antan, proposant \u00e0 ses h\u00f4tes un service de luxe. Id\u00e9alement situ\u00e9 \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 des attractions principales, il offre un cadre exceptionnel avec son architecture coloniale, ses plantes tropicales et son ameublement raffin\u00e9. En plus de la piscine, du spa et de la salle de sport, les clients peuvent \u00e9galement se d\u00e9lecter au restaurant La Belle \u00c9poque, qui sert un menu laotien et un menu
